Butterfly's Tear Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) Policy

1. The Standard

The "Internet Minimum Advertised Price" (IMAP) is the lowest price at which any Butterfly's Tear product may be displayed online. Sellers are free to sell at any price they choose, but advertising below the IMAP is a violation of our partnership.

2. Scope of Advertising

This policy applies to all digital promotional spaces, including but not limited to:

• Websites & E-commerce Stores
• Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, FB, etc.)
• Search Engine Ads (Google/Bing PPC)
• Automated Email Marketing & Text Blasts
• Shopping Comparison Engines

3. Violations to Avoid

The following actions bypass the spirit of our brand and constitute a violation:

• Strike-throughs: Showing the IMAP crossed out with a lower price next to it.
• Cart Tricks: Using "Add to Cart to See Price" or "See Price in Checkout" to hide a sub-IMAP price.
• Bundling: Pairing Butterfly's Tear with other products in a way that devalues the individual herb's price.

4. Permissible Promotions

We support growth. The following are NOT violations:

• Subscribe & Save: Up to 15% discount for recurring auto-shipments.
• First-Time Buyers: A one-time discount of up to 15% for new customers.
• Loyalty Points: Rewards earned on previous purchases applied to a new order.

5. Non-Compliance Actions

We value our partners, but we prioritize our brand's health. Violations lead to:

1. First: Official Written Warning.
2. Second: 30-day shipping hold and account suspension.
3. Third: 90-day hold and notification to all distributors.
4. Fourth: Permanent termination of authorized seller status.
